2. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
A return or replacement request may be considered only under the following conditions:

The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

The request is raised within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery, accompanied by clear photographs or video proof of the issue.

3. Non-Returnable Products
To ensure hygiene and safety, the following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

4. Return Process (If Approved)
If your request meets the eligibility criteria:

You must ship the product to our Head Office using a reliable courier service at your own cost unless otherwise specified.

The product will undergo a quality inspection upon arrival.

Once approved, the Company may, at its discretion, offer:

A replacement for the same product,

Refunds will be issued only through the original mode of payment or as a store credit, as decided by the Company.
